8.12.2008, a day to remember, which Enrica officially becomes Mr Tay, haha. Doggie bento, thats the first time i was doing it, thanks for trusting me Enrica, kekeke.

I was up at 530am to prepare all the cupcakes, i wanted it totally fresh, so i will have to get up real early to prepare them.I was rushing and competing with time, every min is so precious to me, i realised that ive been standing without sitting down for almost 9 hrs, i didnt even dare to take 5min out to lunch.

I know i have to complete everything by 2.30pm b4 i can bathe and attend the wedding. I have to hand pipe 90 pink flowers, i love it, its really fun. As for the pearl dust, i know its not very obvious, but i was searching for this color and i didnt have the time to paint them on the roses in fact. It was 230 and almost everything was done, i know i have to bathe, but i choose to take out the pearl dust and started painting every roses one by one, my mom was screaming at me that its late and im still painting it one... by... one.. wahahaahaha... I just wanted to complete it and give all the roses a shimmering look... Im glad it was done and i was able to reach the wedding earlier, of course with a great driver, whos my bf and of course my mom who always help me to clear up my mess after which diaster ive created. wahaha :P

Lorbert and Enrica, i hope u enjoyed the cupcakes and... bai nian hao he, yong jie tong xing ya and bai tou dao lao. Thanks for trusting me to make the doggie bentos and human cupcakes too.

Okie, i have to admit that though this rose is not handmade by me, i really like the whole white concept.

Just another week will be Lorbert and Enrica's big day, gong xi gong xi, yes im nervous, sounds like im the one getting married, im not even the jie mei too, enrica didnt pick me, sad. Im nervous coz i will be baking their garden wedding cupcakes. Im excited, cant wait to see the whole garden concept wedding.

Learning sugarpaste flowers

Its my first time trying sugar paste flowers, ive always wanted to try it out so so much, i must say that sugar paste is so much fun to play with. I didnt have the proper equipment at first, coz i only wanted to try it out, but it just feel so handicap without the proper tools to it. my bf, got me the set of simple basic tools and rolling pin, wahhaaha, he thought im sooooo stingy... i must say, the proper tools, make everything so much easier and fun...
