Im really happy seeing my macaroon shape, macaroon ingredients is very simple and greaseless, the steps are simple too, but, theres few things which is important b4 sending this babies into the oven.

all you will need is
egg white
sugar
icing sugar
ground almond

Chocolate fondant with buttercream frosting

 Vanilla buttercream frosting

Souffle

 so excited to see its all puffed up

 Slightly flaten after out of oven

I was really excited to try out this souffle recipe, i was staring hard at my souffle and was so happy to see them all 'puffed' up, i believe it taste even better right out from oven when it was still puffy.. its fun baking this, will try again another time.

Mr Tan, my boyfriend, used to travel to places like Nepal and Myanmar, i was trying to figure out the pictures above are in Myanmar or Nepal and Mr Tan told me its Nepal. He was walking along the street there and he saw 2 bakeries and took some pictures for me. The butter cream cake reminds me so much of my childhood, simple love the pictures, thank you Mr Tan.
