My new ramekin

Its really silly of me not to get ramekin, ive always been using foil cup for my chocolate fondant, i finally got my ramekin..

Baked pasta with rosemary and roasted chicken

 Organic fusili with fresh rosemary

One whole roasted chicken

 with lotsa marinara sauce and parmesan cheese

                                          Mim them all up before adding mozzarella cheese

Bake in the oven until the mizarella cheese has melted

Cooking and baking for my family and friends is my greatest joy. Baked pasta is one of Willie's fave food, so ive been baking that for my family for 2 weekends, sounds crazy, as long as they enjoy the food, im happy.
