My Strawberry Cake

Ive always love pure white cream cake with bright red strawberry on top, it always make me happy and filled with joy. So ive decided to bake some this time, ive used whipping cream and fresh strawberry.. i simply love watching it.

Whipped ganache chocolate cake

This time ive tried whipping up ganache, just to whip up some melted chocolate and whipping cream, the texture will be light and fluffy.

Marble cake

Ive tried another version of marble cake this time, just to divide the cake mixture half and by adding cocoa powder to half of it and to swirl them around, its a much easier ways and its nice too. Its fun..

Though i love baking, i enjoy cooking too, i simply love mine with lotsa sour cream, bacon bits and lemon..

Wana make a guess who created all these? kekeke, My Tan, my boyfriend, who wanted to try to play around abit with the fondant when i was doing my Halloween pumpkin... thats his version of pumpkin, carrot, leaf and another version of pumpkin.. i was asking him why is it the leaf and carrot are larger then pumpkin? hahaha... followed by my mom asking him the same question...

Its Halloween... ive handmade some little pumpkin... so addicited in doing it... they are so easy to make and so lovely.. The chocolate mud cupcake looks just like the dark soil, so it looks nice with the shocking orange color pumpkin and the ritz biscuit as the tomb.. keke... i simple enjoyed doing it..

Its my dear friend, carol's birthday, thinking of something special, so, i decided to bake her a cake, she LOVES butter cream and chocolate, so i decided to bake her this cocoa buttercream with cocoa french sponge cake. Its totally worth every single effort... Im glad that she loves it...
