Yee Ling is Chang Ling's younger sister, Chang Ling's wedding cupcake was done by me and her sister and friends came up with the candy bar concept reception.

Im very honored to be able to bake for Yee Ling's wedding, ive heard alot of stories of her, but its my very first time meeting her. Anyway, shes so blessed to have few good friends helping her setting up the whole candy bar, the whole thing looked fantastic..

Earl Grey cuppie with Earl Grey leaves

Ive always wondered, earl grel tea cupcake or earl grey leaves produce better cuppies, so, i have to try both. The result, with same amount of tea leaves used, the cuppie using the earl grey tea has the most fantastic aroma, every mouthful of cuppie with earl grey fragrance. The leaves, sadly, cant really produce strong aroma.
