Its time to celebrate Pa-me-la birthday, thinking of somethng unique and to surprise her, so ive decided to bake her a birthday cake. My initial plan was to bake her a chocolate cake with soft chocolate ganache, but.... theres this day, she said.. ' i dun like very heavy cake, my fave will still be mango, maybe strawberry cake..' sweat..... iv  prepared all the ingredients.. so ive to put my chocolate aside for future use and made her this mango cake.. I hope she likes the cake.

Its our 11th Anni, ive decided to whip up something for dear, he loves mango cake, so i decided to bake something with mango to celebrate our little 11th Anniversary. Ive made number 11 too  ^_^
