Tried this new recipe, French Sponge Cake, it turn out to be quite soft... what i like about baking for family and friends, i have the chance to learn new recipe, if the cake turns out nice, it makes my day. Another reason, i can control the sugar level, i dun like cakes to be too sweet, just feel that its too much for the body to digest, u know that u will only use the best and fresh ingredients with no preversatives for yur family and friends. Its always fun to bake...

Okie, i love this cupcake design, the white mah jiong tile is act cream cheese. If i use fondant, i know most of the people will not eat it, as its very very sweet, so.. i have to crack my brain to think of a design that its healthy and not sweet to finish the whole cupcake.
