The ultimate chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache

This chocolate cake is such an ultinmate chocoalte cake, coz its not cocoa powder thats added, but melted chocolate..

Marble cake

My marble cake, ive made this marble cake using melted chocolate, ive learnt that theres few ways to play with it, its fun..

• to add the melted chocolate to half of the cake mixture and to swirl them up
• add cocoa powder to half of the cake mixture, so you will have half cocoa cake mixture and the other half normal flavor, swirl them up
• or, what i did, i swirl around abit with some melted chocolate to the cake mixture, so i can really taste the rich chocolate. (usually i use at least 70% cocoa)

Little flowers

I enjoy making gumpaste flowers, ive made some tini flowers this time. Ive used edible gum this time to glue the tini yellow flowers on the number 1 gumpaste.

I simply love the color combination, the red strawberry on the chocolate fondant, looks so bright and fresh... i got this really cute tini strawberry for Sarah, the size is just right and the color is so vibrant

Its a birthday boy, so i decided to have some purple cream cheese flower

Its my brother birthday, ive planned about this almost a week before his bd, i need to get the necessary ingredients and also the appropriate base board for the small chocolate fondant. Initial plan was some whipped cream and some strawberry, but last min, i choose to hand piped the flower... Anyway, im happy with the finished design and hope everyone enjoyed it... Alloysious, whos my bf's colleague wanted to give his sweet tooth girlfriend a surprise by giving her some cuppies.. i made the pinky flower for her at the very last min, thought to give the mud cupcake some color.. so sweet of him.. glad that his girlfriend likes the cuppiess..

Ive baked more cream puff this time, so that i could share with some of my friends.. this time, i had a new student, that my bf, basically, he only sit there watching me doing most of the stuff, he was too afraid to touch baking, coz he thinks he will destroy the texture, haha. We were cuting up the cream puff and piping in the custard, its a fun sunday.
